All venues within the Unique Norfolk Venues collection are available on an exclusive-use basis. What does “exclusive use” mean at a UNV venue?
Exclusive use means the venue is entirely yours for the day. From the moment you arrive to the final farewell, every part of the venue is reserved solely for you and your guests. There are no shared spaces, no interruptions from the public, and no other events taking place—just complete privacy and freedom to enjoy your special day as you wish. Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, our team is dedicated entirely to you, ensuring every detail is taken care of and your experience is truly unforgettable.
How long do we have exclusive use for?
Exclusive use typically runs from 10am on the day of your wedding until midnight. Some venues offer early access or extended hire by request.
Does exclusive use include accommodation?
Accommodation varies by venue, and while some packages include overnight stays in cottages or suites, others allow you to add it on. Speak to our team for a tailored quote.
Can we use all areas of the venue with exclusive use?
Exclusive use gives you full access to the key ceremony, reception, and celebration spaces throughout your chosen venue. While a small number of areas may be restricted for operational or safety reasons, but your wedding remains fully private throughout.
Can I book exclusive use for my wedding?
Yes — all of our venues are exclusive use as standard. A minimum package spend applies, and our team will help ensure your day reflects your vision and makes the most of your chosen venue.
Is there an additional fee for exclusive use?
No – exclusive use is included in the package price at all of our venues. Packages typically include venue hire, catering, a wedding coordination team, drinks, crockery, cutlery, and staffing. Everything needed for a seamless day.
Can I use my own suppliers with an exclusive-use hire?
Yes, we welcome your choice of suppliers (provided they are fully insured and approved in advance). We also offer a curated list of our trusted suppliers if needed.
