Would you love to work at some of Norfolk’s most beautiful wedding venues and be part of a couple’s journey towards their big day?

We’re looking for friendly, confident individuals to join our Show Round Team. You’ll welcome potential couples, guide them around our venues, and help them picture their perfect wedding with us.

The Role

  • Conduct viewings around our venues, showcasing them to prospective couples.
  • Be welcoming and professional when conducting viewings. Having attention to detail and pride when showing our venue.
  • Recording the required feedback and information from the viewings, communicating this back effectively to the sales team.
  • Strive to always have an in-depth knowledge of the venue and our different packages, to communicate these to prospective couples with confidence.
  • Use our online system, SONAS, to view information such as couple’s names, viewing times, phone numbers and notes.

Experience

  • Sales Experience is desirable
  • Experience using SONAS or a similar system
  • Experience in the wedding and events industry, and / or hospitality is desirable
  • Experience providing customer service for a luxury service or goods
