The first weekend of September rolled around and Manor Mews The Great Barn opened its door’s to the lovely Jade and Adam.

Friday afternoon Jade, Adam and their friends and family checked into the Manor Mews complex and helped put the finishing touches to the venue ready for the big day on Saturday. The tables were set with a cluster of Jam Jars adorned with wild flowers and candles and their fantastic archway took centre stage ready for their vows to be said. The colour scheme of peaches, pinks and caramels worked beautifully in The Barn and their feature pom pom wall looked absolutely fantastic!

Saturday morning snuck around in the blink of an eye, Jade walked down the aisle at 1pm to Adam waiting at the alter, watched by their nearest and dearest. The ceremony was romantic and personal, once they were pronounced man and wife their guests were treated to glasses of Pimms and bottles of Peroni outside on the patio in the glorious sunshine.

At 3pm guests took their seats, ready for the wedding breakfast to begin, they were treated to; Marinated Local Mushrooms with Pecorino, Cep Oil and Quails Egg, followed by Free Range Chicken, Chorizo and Manchebo Ballantine, Lemon, Garlic and Thyme Roasted New Potatoes with Summer Vegetables, finished off with Jade and Adam’s wedding cake that was created by a talented friend of theirs.

In between their main course and dessert, the speeches took place, with lots of laughter and tears and a toast to the newlyweds. It was then time to welcome all of the evening guests and for the party to get started. The rumbling stomachs of the evening guests were settled by Bacon Rolls and Cones of Chips and the disco entertained the guests right up until midnight.

The guests then drifted off into the night and that was the end of Jade and Adams wedding day, but the start of many happy years to come for the lovely couple.
